Bought this at a farmer’s market, so far pretty impressed with the flavor. Not too salty which I like. There wasn’t really a “wow” factor and it’s a little expensive but it’s a solid chicken seasoning that I’m happy to keep using.
First bought this spice from someone selling it at a UCLA football game at the Rose Bowl several years ago. Been stocked with it ever since.
My daughter gifted me my first jar...now I'm hooked. We have to have a low sodium diet but this spice has the right amount of flavor for our tastes.
The salt is magnificent. It went into all my dishes again and it made everything taste better.
