This spice is a power house and a bit goes a long way. It is definitely a top note that can hold it's own, and expands the pallet experience on any dish it's added to. I've yet to try it as a stand alone on dishes like Lemon Chicken Piccata or Scampi but I get the impression it will do much better than the more conventional one's I've tried.
It's tomato season, of course a bit of Gambino goes a long way. Bruschetta, wok fried veggies, pasta sauces, gazpacho and more, all made better with a hit of Gambino. It works well in the background of a variety of dishes. I've yet to try it on popcorn....
Super delicious a very flavorful I used them over the past holiday in my potato salad and it was a hit
Very tasty but a bit too spicy for me! I still plan to use it though, but likely with things I can eat with ranch or another type of sauce to tone it down.
